Broccoli Pecan
1 (12-ounce) package fresh Broccoli florets
1 tablespoon light Butter
3 tablespoons Pecans, toasted, chopped
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Arrange broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water.
Cover and steam 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Plunge broccoli into ice water to stop the cooking process; drain.
Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until melted.
