210 g finely chopped washed almonds, a little vanilla, juice of half a lemon, 7 tablespoons bread crumbs, 6 whole eggs.

Mix all the ingredients well together. Pour half of the batter into a round pan greased with butter, sprinkle with 160 g finely chopped dates. Pour the rest of the batter over it and bake it. Decorate.
